Delivery Options
The Getting Into Your Customer’s Head workshop is an interactive multi-media training program that is filled with exercises, role plays and case studies. It is usually delivered in a 2 or 3 consecutive day format and can be delivered by your trainers or ours.
The program is typically preceded by a field ride and interviews with sales people and sales management to better customize the delivery to your specific market situation.
Reinforcement tools include: the hard cover book, CD’s, pocket reminders, coaching guides, and a Web-based application tool that is state of the art.
